Last year, I was invited by No One Magazine to design the visual identity for their second issue — a print publication celebrating underground queer nightlife around the world.
Each issue explores a different city's queer scene, highlighting communities and collectives that use electronic music to connect, express, and build identity.
For this special Issue 02, the spotlight is on Hà Nội and Hồ Chí Minh City. As a queer Vietnamese person, it meant the world to me to bring this to life — to create something that speaks to our people, in our language, with our spirit.
My mission was to capture the essence of Vietnamese attitude — not just in style, but in soul. Through visual details, I wanted to reflect the energy, pride, and complexity behind the 15 powerful stories featured in this issue.
